About this program

Anthony's Leather & Shoe Repair ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS notification program that sends transactional text messages to customers about the status of repair orders they have dropped off with us in person. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts at the time of drop-off, you consent to receive these messages under the terms below.

What messages you'll receive

Messages are 100% transactional. We send no marketing or promotional content through this program. Specifically, you may receive:

A notification when your repaired item is ready for pickup.
An optional follow-up reminder if the item has not been picked up after several days.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your repair activity. Typically you will receive 1–2 messages per repair order (one ready-for-pickup notification and, optionally, one follow-up reminder).

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive SMS from that number. You may also opt out in person at our storefront, by phone at (949) 548-4053, or by email. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers & delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
