We collect this information only in person at our storefront. We do not collect personal information through online forms, purchased lists, or third parties.

To send transactional SMS notifications about your order status (ready-for-pickup notifications and an optional follow-up reminder).

Mobile information & text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use your mobile number solely to send the transactional messages you consented to receive. Message frequency varies — typically 1–2 messages per repair order. Message and data rates may apply. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our SMS delivery provider), and only to the extent needed to perform that service. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then dispose of it securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, by asking us in person, by phone, or by email. You may also request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us using the details below.
